Firstly let me introduce myself, my name is Mark Darby and I am a professional Draughtsman, my wife's name is Lin and she deals with our administration. We are a small family run business designed totally around drawing Loft Conversion plans, which I have done now for 25 years, in fact since I left school when I was 15 years old. (No, I didn't leave school early, my birthday fell in the holiday period between years.) Over this period, I have worked for and on behalf of 15 Loft Conversion companies, (10 years in employment, and 15 years freelance), and been involved in over 8000 loft conversions.

We offer a service that if fast, efficient, good value and above all friendly. If you wish to use our services we can usually arrange to be on call for survey within 3 working days, and have either a draft or full working drawing with you within 7 working days of the survey.

As we are based in the Midlands, we are conveniently positioned for easy access to all corners of England and Wales, ( unfortunately, we do not cover Scotland for logistical reasons).
