We are so confident of our design process, that should it be found that for any Building Regulation or structual reasons the job cannot be built, we will return your fee. (retaining only £50 to cover expenses) If you find that you require Planning Permission, there are certain circumstances in which the design may not be approved due to the local Authorities specific design priorities, (unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this) but in these circumstances it may still be possible to have a loft conversion, just on a smaller scale. We will ascertain if Planning Permission is required (Building Regulations are ALWAYS required) and obtain all requisite approvals. (not including application fees).
